| 摘 要： | 目的 探索支气管哮喘患者的心理特征。方法 分别用艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)对研究组66例支气管哮喘患者，对照组66例正常人进行测量。结果 在EPQ分析中，研究组E分显著低于对照组，N分显著高于对照组。在SCL-90因子分析中，研究组躯体化、抑郁、焦虑和恐怖因子显著高于对照组。在SAS和SDS分析中，研究组分值均显著高于对照组。结论 支气管哮喘患者情绪不稳，性格内向，存在严重心理问题，应加以关注。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore psychological state in patients with bronchial asthma .Methods 66 patients with bronchial asthma and 66 healthy people were investigated with EPQ SCL-90 SDS and SAS.Results In analyzed of EPQ,the score of E in patients with bronchial asthma were significant lower than control group ,the scores of N in study group were significant higher than control group.In analyzed of SCL-90 the scores of somatization, depression,anxiety and phobia in study group were significant higher than control group.In analyzed of SAS and SDS.the scores of study group were all significant higher than control group.Conclusion Mood isn't steady,personality is internaler in patients of bronchial asthma.There are significant psychological probloms in patients of bronchial asthma.It is paid attention to. |
