新生儿暴发-抑制脑电图的病因及转归分析

目的探讨新生儿期暴发-抑制脑电图的病因与转归，为临床提供帮助。方法应用视频脑电图对本院256例新生儿进行早期视频脑电图监测并分析病因及转归。结果17例脑电图表现为暴发-抑制的新生儿中，新生儿期死亡5例，非自然因素死亡1例，失访2例，6例有严重的神经系统后遗症，其他3例暴发．抑制图形消失的患儿未出现明显的神经系统并发症。结论患儿的预后取决于其原发病；积极有效地视频脑电图监测有助于寻找病因和判断预后。

The analysis of etiology and prognosis of neonatal burst suppression EEG

Objective To study the etiology and prognosis of neonatal burst suppression EEG to provide clinical reference.Methods Video EEG recording was applied to 256 neonates in the Hospital analyze the etiology and prognosis of burst suppression EEG.Results There were 17 cases of burst suppression EEG,5 of them died in neonatal period,1 died of non-medical reasons,2 were lost for follow up,6 of them suffered from severe neurologic sequelae and 3 remaining patients whose burst suppression EEG disappeared showed no neurologic complications.Conclusion The prognosis of neonates with burst suppression EEG depends on the etiologies,it is beneficial to use video EEG monitoring system aggressively and effectively to search for the etiologies and predict the prognosis.
