MMP-7在直肠癌中的表达及与神经浸润的关系

目的:探讨MMP-7在直肠腺癌中的表达,评估其与直肠腺癌神经浸润的关系。方法:用免疫组化S-P法检测61例直肠腺癌、61例正常直肠黏膜组织中MMP-7的表达情况。用S-100标记直肠腺癌神经浸润情况。结果:MMP-7在直肠腺癌和正常直肠黏膜组织中的表达阳性率分别为90·16%和8·20%,直肠癌神经浸润阳性率为29·51%。有神经浸润的直肠腺癌其MMP-7的表达水平明显高于无浸润者(P<0·05),MMP-7在直肠腺癌中的表达强度与组织学分级、浸润深度、临床病理分期和淋巴结转移有关(P<0·05)。结论:MMP-7的高表达与直肠癌的神经浸润密切相关,并在直肠腺癌的发生和淋巴道的转移中可能起重要作用。测定MMP-7将有助于判断其预后。

Expression of MMP7 in Rectal Adonocarcinoma and Its Relationship with Neural Invasion

Objective:To study the expression of MMP-7 in rectal adenocarcinoma and evaluate the relationship between the expression and neural invasion.Methods:The expression of MMP-7 was examined by S-P immunohistochemical technique in 61case of rectal adenocarcinoma and 61 case of normal mucous membrane of rectum.Mark the extent of neural invasion of rectal adenocarcinoma by S-100 protein.Results:The positive rates of MMP-7 was 90.16% in rectal adenocarcinomas and 8.20% in normal mucous membrane of rectum.The positive rates of neural invasion of rectal adenocarcinomas was 29.51%.The MMP-7 expression was stronger in those having neural invasion than those without neural invasion(P<0.05).Of the rectal adenocarcinomas,the positive intensities of MMP-7 was associated with the histological grade,the deepth of invasion and clinicopathological stages as well as with or without the lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion:The rise of MMP-7 of rectal denocarcinomas was correlated with the neural invasion and might play an important role in the development and lymph node metastasis.It was an useful marker for predicting the prognosis of rectal adenmcarcinomas.
