摘    要:目的 通过HPV 16 E5序列进化分析,初步研究中日友好医院妇产科宫颈病变诊治中心无宫颈病变的汉族妇女HPV 16型内变异株类型.方法 用PCR法扩增HPV 16 E5基因片段,并进行比对分析测序.比对后的结果结合临床资料进行分析.结果 本研究第一次利用只有236 bp碱基的E5序列进行HPV 16变异株的进化分析,发现单独使用E5序列进行HPV 16变异株进化分析的准确率很高,并且,本研究第一次发现以4075T即可将亚洲株(As)变异株和其他变异株区分开来.结论 从E5基因序列出发进行进化分析,准确率高.单独以4075T即可将As变异株和其他变异株区分开来.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the distribution of HPV 16 variants in Hart women patients without Cervical intraepithelial neoplagia in the diagnosis and treatment center for cervical disease.department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in China-Japan friendship hospital with HPV 16 E5 sequence phylogenetic analysis.Methods PCR amplification of HPV 16 E5 sequences and sequenced.The association between variations types and different cervical lesions was analyzed.Results In this research,We first found that variant classification based on HPV 16 E5 DNA sequence(236 bp)alone had hish rate of accuracy.In addition,for the first time,our research revealed that single-4075T can distinguished the As variant from all other variants.Conclusion If E5 sequence wag used for phylogenetic analysis,it will gready reduce the experimental costs and improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.For the first time.our research revealed that single 4075T can distinguished the As variant from all other variants.
