食管贲门癌贲门再造术的临床研究

为了预防食管贲门癌手术后的三大并发症：吻合口瘘、狭窄和反流性食管炎。采用食管环形肌和食管—胃粘膜瓣成形术方法来重建贲门括约功能。结果60例食管贲门病人接受贲门再造术，全组病人术后未发生吻合口瘘、吞咽困难和反流性食管炎。经钡餐和胃镜检查显示重建的贲门有类似括约功能。认为贲门重建术在食管贲门癌手术中是可行的。

Clinical study of cardiac reconstruction in esophgeal and cardiac carcinoma surgery

To prvent anastomicalleakage, stricture and refluxesophagitis. after esophageal and cardiac surgery. Cardiacsphincter-like function was constracted by making a valve withesophageal circular muscle andesopha geal, stomachal mucous. Reults cardiac reconstruction was performed with the technique on 60 patients with esophageal and cardiac carcinoma. Postoper atively, none of this grouppatients had esophageal reflux, dysphagia and anastomical leakage, barium meal examination and fibergastroscopy confirmed the reconstructed cardiac functioned as sphincter. Our technigue is a feasibe wey in cardiac reconstuction in esophageal and cardiac carcinoma surgery.
