| 摘 要： | 目的：研究脑瘤患者血浆褪黑激素（ＭＬＴ）水平和昼夜节律变化。方法：用放免法检测６０例脑瘤患者昼夜血浆ＭＬＴ含量变化，以１０例下沉人为对照。结果：脑瘤患者血浆ＭＬＴ水平较低，多数丧失昼夜节律变化。结论：所得结果可能与肿瘤地颅内关。除视网－松果体神经通路外，尚可能有其他脑区神经支配空ＭＬＴ分泌。

| Abstract: | Objective: To determine the plasma melatonin (MLT) level and circadian rhythm in patients with brain tumors. Methode: Using radioimmunoassay, plasma MLT was determined twice in the day and night in 60 patients with brain tumors. Blood samples of 10 normal subjects were used as control. Results: Plasma MLT level was lowered in the patients with brain tumors and the circadian rhythm of MLT was deficient in most of the patients. Conclusion: This result is presumably relevant to the tumor growing in the brain. In addition to retino-pineal pathway, the innervation derived from other brain regions may involve the control of the secretion of MLT. |
