| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨髋关节置换术治疗老年人股骨颈骨折的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析56例行髋关节置换术(包括半髋置换和全髋关节置换)的老年人股骨颈骨折患者的临床资料.结果 优32例,良17例,可6例,差1例,出现术后疼痛8例,下肢血栓6例,股骨距骨折1例,刀口血肿1例,异位骨化1例,54例Harris评分优良率91%.结论 髋关节置换术是治疗老年人股骨颈骨折的有效方法之一,能明显提高患者生活质量.
