择期手术患者手术前应激反应的观察和分析

目的探讨择期手术患者手术前应激反应的观察和分析。方法通过Zung编制的焦虑自评量表对患者的焦虑程度进行评定，比较各组病人同样的应激因素对不同的个体引起的不同反应。结果手术病人在手术前应激情况下都存在明显的心理问题，手术前应激反应程度与患者精神因素有着十分密切的关系；女性的术前应激反应比男性更为强烈；自评量表得分高的患者术前应激反应较得分低的患者强烈。结论要重视手术病人手术前应激反应，解除患者对手术的恐惧和不安心理．减少手术后并发症，提高手术成功率。

Observation on stress reaction of patients before elective operation

Objective Observation on stress reaction of patients before elective operation was studied and analyzed. Methods The intensity of anxiety in pre - operation patients was evaluated through the anxiety self - assessment table. Results Each patient before operation has obviously psychological problems under the stressful situation. Stress reaction before operation has close relation to spiritual factors. Stress reaction in females was stronger than that of males; and the stress reaction in patients with high scores of anxiety self - assessment was stronger than those with low scores. Conclusion Analysis of stress reaction in patients before operation can help to remove fear of patients to operation and anxiety, and it thus may reduce complications of operation, and raise the successful rate of operation.
