捏脊与腹部按摩对重型颅脑损伤患者早期胃排空的影响

目的 观察捏脊与腹部按摩对重型颅脑损伤患者早期胃排空的影响。 方法 将30例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各15例,2组均进行常规治疗。治疗组在入院后12h内给予捏脊与腹部按摩,早晚各1次;对照组不予捏脊与腹部按摩。2组在试验观察期间均不给予增强胃动力的药物和其它中医治疗。测定治疗组与对照组在入院第1天、第3天、第7天所测得胃半排空时间(T_1/2)。 结果 第1天2组胃半排空时间比较,差异无统计学意义;治疗组第3天及第7天的胃半排空时间均短于对照组。治疗组中第1天、第3天和第7天胃半排空时间两两比较,均有统计学意义。 结论 捏脊与腹部按摩能明显促进重型颅脑损伤患者早期胃排空。

Effect of chiropractics and abdominal massage in early gastric emptying of patients with severe craniocerebral injuries

Objective To observe the effect of chiropractic and abdominal massage on early gastric emptying of patients with severe craniocerebral injuries. Methods Thirty patients were randomly divided into treatment group （n = 15） and control group （n = 15）. Within 12h after admission,the treatment group was given chiropractic and abdominal massage a time each morning and evening. The control group was given neither chiropractic nor abdominal massage. Two groups were not given the drug and the other Chinese medicine therapy which could enhance gastric motility. The gastric half emptying time （T1/2） of 2 groups were measured at 1st day, 3rd day, 7th day. Results There was no significant difference in T1/2 of 2 groups at 1st day. T1/2 in the treatment group at 3rd day and 7th day were shorter than that in the control group. T1/2 in the treatment group at 7th day was shorter than that at 3rd day, T1/2 at 3rd day was shorter than that at 1st day. Conclusions Chiropractic combined with abdominal massage can improve the early gastric emptying of patients with severe eraniocerebral injuries.
