山东工程技师学院学生心理健康问题调查报告

摘    要:目的了解技师学院学生的心理健康状况,为有效提升学生心理健康水平提供依据。方法随机抽取山东工程技师学院698名学生作为调查对象,采用SCL-90症状自评量表和自行编制的基本情况调查表来测量学生的心理健康状况,并对结果进行统计分析。结果技师学院学生SCL-90总均分和全部因子分都高于全国青年常模,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。分段统计结果显示,有中度以上心理问题的学生占19.1%;各因子分中,以强迫最严重,占35.2%。男女生总分无显著差异,而各因子分中,女生的强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖得分均高于男生(P〈0.05);四年级学生的躯体化得分高于一、二、三年级(P〈0.05);参加一体化教学的学生在人际敏感、抑郁、恐怖3个因子上得分显著低于没参加的学生(P〈0.05);农村学生在躯体化、强迫症状、人际敏感、敌对、恐怖、偏执5个因子上得分显著高于城市学生;非独生子女在强迫、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖4个因子上得分显著高于独生子女;单亲家庭子女在躯体化、人际敏感、抑郁、敌对4个因子上得分显著高于非单亲家庭子女,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论技师学院学生心理健康状况显著低于全国青年常模水平,相关部门应予以足够重视,根据该类学生的不同情况进行针对性指导和干预,以促进技师学院学生的心理健康水平。

Abstract:Objective Understanding the mental health conditions of the students of technician schools and pro- viding evidential basis for an effective lift of the mental health level of the students. Method Selecting a ran- dom sampling of 698 students from Shandong Engineering Technician College as the targets of the survey and adopting SCL-90 symptom self-evaluation scale and self-composed basic conditions survey form to measure the mental health conditions of the students, and to conduct a statistical analysis of the results. Results The over- all and average SCL-90 scores and scores for all the factors of the students of the technician college were higher than those of the national youth level with statistically significant differences (P-~0.01). The stratified statisti- cal results showed that students with medium or higher level mental problems were 19.1 ~ of all surveyed. A- mong all factor scores, the one for obsessive-compulsive disorder stood as the most severe with a percentage of 35.20/00. There were little differences in the total scores of male and female students while factors such as obses- sion, depression, anxiety and dread all registered higher scores in female students than in male students (P~ 0.05). The somatization score for the fourth year students was higher than those of the first, the second, and the third year students (P%0.05). Students participating in the integrated learning scored markedly lower than non-participating students in the three factors of interpersonal sensitivity, depression, and dread (P %0.05). Rural born students scored markedly higher than urban born students in the five factors of somatization, ob- session, interpersonal sensitivity, hostility, dread, and paranoia. Non-single child students scored markedly higher than single-child students in the four factors of obsession, depression, anxiety, and dread. Children of single--parent families scored markedly higher than those of two parent families in the four factors of somati- zation, interpersonal sensitivity, depression and hostility with statistically significant differences (P〈 0.05). Conclusion The state of mental health of the students of technician colleges is markedly inferior to that of the national youth level. Departments of concern shall give sufficient attention to the question, and conduct perti- nent and well-directed guiding and intervention in accordance with the varied conditions of such students so as to improve the mental health level of the students of technician colleges.
