糖尿病社区护理干预效果观察

目的对社区中心糖尿病患者护理干预效果进行评价。方法选择全程参与社区中心糖尿病护理干预的患者160例，以干预前后糖尿病自我护理知识问卷合格率、体质量指数、空腹及餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白等作为干预效果评价指标。结果社区中心护理干预后糖尿病患者知识掌握情况均有显著提高，与干预前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；体质量指数、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白等指标显著改善，与干预前比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论糖尿病社区中心护理干预有助于提高糖尿病患者的生活质量，值得临床推广。

The Observation of the Effect on Diabetes of Community Nursing Intervention

Objective Evaluating the nursing and intervention effect on diabetes patients of community centers. Method Selecting 160 cases of diabetes patients participating in a full course of nursing and intervention of community cen- ters and using the qualification rates of questionnaires on diabetes self-care conducted on the patients before and after the intervention, body mass indexes, 2 h blood sugar before and after eating, and HbAlc etc. as the evaluation index of intervention effect. Results The relevant knowledge commanded by the diabetes patients was markedly improved in general after the nursing intervention with statistically significant difference from pre-intervention period （P 〈 0.05）. Indexes such as body mass, fasting blood sugar, 2 h blood sugar after eating, HbAlc were all markedly im- proved with statistically significant differences compared with those of pre--intervention period （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention on diabetes by community centers is conducive to the improvement of the life quality of diabe- tes patients and is worthy of clinical recommendation.
