臭氧、胶原酶及曲安奈德联合应用治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

摘    要:目的观察臭氧、胶原酶及曲安奈德椎间盘内外注射治疗椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法141例椎间盘突出症患者分为3组:A组为臭氧、胶原酶及曲安奈德联合应用组69例;B组为臭氧和曲安奈德联合应用组36例;C组为曲安奈德单独应用组36例。3组均行椎间盘内外给药,术后1周、1个月、3个月、6个月分别随访,对3组患者术后各期有效率及视觉模糊评分(VAS)分值进行统计学比较。结果A,B组有效率随时间增加逐渐提高,C组为逐渐降低;术后3个月及6个月时,A,B组VAs分值较c组低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);A组术后3个月及6个月时VAS分值较B组低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论臭氧、胶原酶及曲安奈德的联合应用不仅能有效缓解患者术后疼痛,且疗效持久,是治疗椎间盘突出症的有效方法。

A Clinical Study of the Treatment of Intervertebral Disk Herniation with Combined Application of Ozone,Collagenase and Triamcinolone Acetonide

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of treating intervertebral disk herniation through internal and ex- ternal injections of ozone, collagenase, and triamcinolone acetonide (TA). Method To divide 141 paitents of intervertebral disk herniation into three groups: Group A contains 69 patients to be treated with a combined application of ozone, collagenase, and TA; Group B contains 36 patients to be treated by ozone and TA; Group C contains the rest 36 patients treated only by TA. Internal and external Intervertebral injections were applied to all the three groups, and examinations were conducted to them all one week, one month, three months, and six months after the operations respectively, and statistical comparisons were made to the efficacies and VAS marks of the three groups at different time periods. Results The treatment efficacies of Group A and Group B increased steadily as time went by, while that of the Group C dropped accordingly. At both the times three months and six months after the operations, the VAS mark of both Group A and Group B were lower than that of Group C and the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Furthermore, the VAS marks of Group A both three months and six months after the operations were lower than that of Group B with statistically significant differences (P〈0.05). Conclusion The combined application of ozone, collagenase, and TA not only is able to effectively alleviate the pains of post-operation patients, but also has an enduring effect, and is an effective treatment for intervertebral disk herniation.
