| 摘 要： | 高血压病是最常见的慢性病之一，其致残、致死率均较高。在高校医院里设立高血压病门诊或心血管病专科门诊，是防控高血压病、控制心脑血管疾病（如脑卒中、冠心病等）的重要环节。本文重点介绍了对高血压病人进行系统化管理、对高危人群进行个体化治疗以及针对家庭与个人健康教育的经验体会，这些措施对防控高血压病有着极其重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Hypertension is one of the most common chronic diseases with a high rate of disability and mortality. Establishing specialist outpatient clinics of hypertension or cardiovascular at university hospitals is an important part for the prevention of hypertension and the control of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, such as stroke and coronary heart disease, etc. This article focuses on the systematic management of hypertensive patients, individualized treatment of high-risk group and the experience for health education of families and individuals, which has a great significance for the prevention of hypertension. |
