摘    要:目的观察经皮穿刺球囊扩张椎体成形术(PKP)对老年骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折的治疗效果。方法应用经皮PKP治疗老年骨质疏松压缩性骨折患者51例,共98个椎体;所有手术均在C形臂X线机引导下进行。采用视觉模拟评分系统(VAS)评分及患者主观满意度评估疗效。结果全部病例成功手术,PKP前患者VAS评分平均为8.3分,术后下降为2.7分。术前椎体高度相当于受伤前的56.9%,术后恢复至78.6%。所有患者随访均无不良反应和并发症发生。结论老年骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折采用PKP治疗,止痛效果良好、操作简单、安全有效,但需注意手术适应证的选择和手术操作的规范。

Abstract:Objective To observe the curative effect of PKP on the senile vertebral compression fracture from osteoporosis. Method To adopt 51 patients of vertebral compression fractures caused by osteoporosis who were treated by PKP and a total of 98 vertebral bodies. All operations were conducted induced by the C-arm X- ray machine. And VAS rating and the subjective satisfaction of the patients were adopted to evaluate the effects. Results In all the cases operations were successful. The pre-PKP VAS points averaged 8.3, and the post-PKP points saw a sharp reduction to 2.7. The pre-PKP height of the vertebrate was 56.9% of the pre-injury time, and the same ratio increased to 78.6%. Post-PKP examinations of all the patients saw no undesirable problems or any complications. Conclusion PKP treatment for the senile vertebral compression fracture from osteoporosis has good effect of relieving pains, is simple to operate and is safe and effective, while attentions shall be given to the choice of operational applications and the conformity to the operational rules.
