医学女生社会支持状况及其影响因素的调查研究

摘    要:目的:了解医学院女生社会支持状况,为女大学生心理保健提供依据。方法:采用整群随机抽样的方法,对184名医学女生运用《社会支持评定量表》进行测试。结果:城市女生在邻居支持项目上得分均值低于农村女生,在参加活动项目上得分均值高于农村女生;独生女生在家人支持、主观支持因子及总分得分均值低于非独生女生;朋友支持以及同学支持项目得分均值大一高于大二,家人支持项目四年级高于其它年级,参加活动项目得分均值大二高于大四,主观支持因子得分均值大一高于大二,大二低于大四,差异均具有显著性意义。结论:医学女生社会支持呈现一定的特点,受其年级、生源地、是否为独生子女等因素的影响。对女大学生心理保健时,应鼓励其积极建立与主动获取社会支持。

Abstract:By investigating the social support of the women medical students and affected factors, to provide the direction of mental health education for the women college student. Methods: By cluster sample 184 women medical students were tested with the social support rating scale. Results: The scores of the neighbor supports in women students of city are lower than that in countryside. The scores of taking part in activities in women students of city are higher than that in countryside. The scores of the families supports , the subjective supports and total of single girls are lower than that of no single girls. The scores of the friends support and the classmate support in grade 1 women students are higher than that in grade 2. The scores of the families support in grade 4 women students are higher than that in other grades. The scores of taking part in activities in grade 2 women students are higher than that in grade 4. The scores of the subjective supports in grade 1 are higher than that in grade 2, grade 2 are lower than grade 4. There are significant differences above all. Conclusion: There are some characteristic of social support in women college students, which affected by coming from city or countryside , grades, single child or not, etc. The women college students are to construct and take social supports in order to keep their mental health.
