加强基层产科建设的措施与体会

河南省漯河市通过 3次调查 ,发现了导致孕产妇死亡率居高不下的原因。针对产科建设中存在的问题 ,他们依法对接生工作实行了全行业管理 ,采取了各种措施完善基础设施 ;以换发《母婴保健技术服务执业许可证》为契机 ,狠抓产科建设 ,并建立与完善了产科及孕产妇管理制度 ;加强了助产人员的业务技术培训。在各级领导的重视与支持下 ,该市的产科质量有了明显提高 ,孕产妇死亡率和婴儿死亡率大幅度下降

With the support of the leadership at all levels, the quality of the obstetrical department had been raised significantly, the mortality of the pregnancy and lying in women and infants had been reduced greatly.
