| 摘 要： | 为观察华蟾素联合NP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的效果和安全性 ,将 72例不能手术切除的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为两组进行联合化疗。A组 37例为应用华蟾素联合NP方案 ;B组 35例为单纯NP方案。治疗结果表明 :华蟾素联合NP方案组总的缓解率、远期生存率和生存质量的改善均高于单纯NP方案组 (P <0 .0 5 )。认为华蟾素联合NP方案可提高晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效

| Abstract: | In order to investigate the efficacy and safety of the combination of NP regimen with Cinobufotalin in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer, 72 patients who could not tolerate resection were randomly divided into two groups ( group A, 37 cases; group B, 35 cases ). Group A received the combination of the NP regimen with Cinobufotalin, and group B were given only the NP regimen. Results showed that the overall remission rate, long-term survival and life quality in group A were improved greatly more than those in group B (P<0.05). This study indicates that the combination of NP regimen with Cinobufotalin could have good efficacy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. |
