枸橼酸莫沙必利联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗功能性便秘的疗效分析

目的观察枸橼酸莫沙必利片联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法将166例功能性便秘患者随机分为观察组和治疗组,每组83例,观察组予以枸橼酸莫沙必利片联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗,对照组单用枸橼酸莫沙必利片,治疗4周后,对两组进行疗效比较分析。结果治疗4周后,观察组和对照组的临床治愈率分别为79.5%和59.1%,临床总有效率分别为86.7%和75.9%,观察组的治愈率和总有效率均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后1年内观察组和对照组的复发率分别为18.2%（12/66）和61.2%（30/49）,经χ2检验,两组1年内复发率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。两组治疗过程中和治疗后随访期间均未见明显药物不良反应。结论枸橼酸莫沙必利联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片对功能性便秘有显著疗效,且复发率低,无明显不良反应,值得推广使用。

Clinical efficacy analysis of mosapride citrate tablet combined probiotics capsules on the treatment of functional constipation

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of mosapride citrate tablet combined probiotics capsules on the treatment of functional constipation.Methods 166 patients with functional constipation were randomly divided into the observation group and the treatment group,with 83 cases in each group,patients of the observation group were treated with mosapride citrate tablet combined with probiotics capsule,while patients of the control group were given single citrate the mosapride piece,after 4 weeks of treatment,the efficacy of the two groups were compared Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical cure rate of the observation group and control group group were 79.5% and 59.1%,clinical total effective rate of them were 86.7% and 75.9%,respectively,the cure rate and total effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P＆lt;0.05）.After 1 year treatment,the recurrence rates of observation group and control group were 18.2%（12/66） and 61.2%（30/49）,and there was significant difference（P＆lt;0.01）.There showed no obvious adverse drug reactions of both group.Conclusion Mosapride citrate tablet combined probiotics capsules is effective on the treatment of functional constipation significant efficacy,with low recurrence rate,and no significant adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application.
