生脉注射液对胃癌细胞增殖抑制作用的体外实验研究

为探讨生脉注射液体外直接对胃癌细胞增殖作用和调变5-氟脲嘧啶对胃癌细胞增殖抑制作用的影响，采用胃癌原代细胞培养和四唑氮蓝活细胞定量方法，观察和比较生脉注射液、13种常用化疗药物以及生脉注射液联合5-氟脲嘧啶对30株胃癌原代细胞株增殖的影响。结果显示生脉注射液作用于胃癌细胞72小时后，对胃癌原代细胞增殖直接抑制率中位值为33．2％，与5-氟脲嘧啶、丝裂霉素、竹叶乙甙、阿霉素等抑制作用相似（P＞0．05）。联合应用生脉注射液后，5-氟脲嘧啶对胃癌原代细胞增殖的抑制率由单剂时42．2％上升至50．1％。结果表明：生脉注射液对胃癌细胞增殖有较好的直接抑制作用，并可增强5-氟脲嘧啶的抗胃癌作用，本文研究结果为临床应用生脉注射液治疗胃癌提供了实验室依据。

Propagation Inhibition Effects of Shengmai Injection on Human Gastric Cancer Cell Lines

To explore the anticancer effect of shengmai injection (mixture of ginsengophiopogonis-schisandra, GOS) on gastric cancer, the propagation inhibiting effect on 30 fresh human gastric cancerceIl lines were compared between GOS and 13 common chemotherapeutic drugs using primary cell cul-ture technique and MTT c0lorimetric assay in Vitro. The results showed that the median inhibition rateof GOS was 33. 3%, which was similar to that 0f 5-FU. MMC. Vp-16 and ADM (P>0. 05). Whencombining with GOS the median inhibiti0n rate of 5-FU was increased from 42. 3% to 5O. l %- The ex-perimental results suggest that GOS may increase the anticancer effect of 5-FU and may become an ef-fective antitumor agent against gastric cancer.
