选择性冠状动脉造影40例报告

用Judkins经皮股动脉穿刺法选择性冠状动脉造影40例,病例选择主要为冠心病心绞痛和陈旧性心肌梗塞。受损冠脉64支,其中完全阻塞者5支,阻塞70%～80%者20支,左前降支受损者22支,其次为右冠脉受损者17支,再次为左回旋支受损者12支。造影阳性者26例,40岁以上者占96.2%。造影显示心绞痛及心肌梗塞多由冠脉阻塞性病变引起。心肌梗塞部位与冠脉受损部位相一致,14例心肌梗塞患者9例形成左室室壁痛,左冠脉病变严重且广泛者,右冠脉造影时易发生心律及心率的变化。

THE REPORT OF 40 CASES OF SELECTIVE CORONARY ANGIOGRAPHY

40 cases of coronary angiography have been performed by Judkinstechnique (the percutaneous femoral approach, meal 34, female 6, ages rangingfrom 30 to 65 years, averaging 50 years. The indications here for coronaryangiography were patients with angina pectoris and old myocardial infaction(MI).The injury coronary artery were 5 showed complete blocked and 20 showed 70-80 percent narrowing. There were 22 diseased vessels found in left anterior-des-cending arteries (LAO), 17 in right coronary arteries (RCA)and 12 in leftcircumflex (LCX). Among patients with results, there were 26 cases at age of more than 40years old, occupied 96.2 percent. Furthermore, patients at age between 50-59years old had much higher incidence of coronary artery disease and MI. Anginapectoris and MI were caused by obstructive lesion of coronary arteries. Therewere correlative concordance of the sites of MI and the sites of diseased coronaryarteries. Among 14 patients with MI,there were 9 cases of ventricular aneurysm.Patients with lesion in LMCA or with diffuse and severe LCA disease tendedto appear cardiac arhythmia and change of heart rate.
