肺癌组织CD44、CD71的检测及与病理学的关系

目的了解肺癌组织CD44、CD71的表达与病理学的关系。方法应用流式细胞术对53例肺癌患者癌组织的CD44、CD71进行检测,并与其组织细胞学分类、分型,年龄,淋巴结转移等进行分析。结果CD44、CD71在低分化肿瘤细胞的表达明显高于中、高分化肿瘤细胞;肺肿瘤发生淋巴转移时,其CD44的表达明显增高,60岁以下患者CD71表达率明显高于60岁以上的患者。结论肺癌组织CD44的表达与肿瘤细胞的分化程度、淋巴结转移有关,CD71的表达与肿瘤细胞的分化程度、患者的年龄有关。

Relationship between expression of CD44,CD71 in lung cancer tissue and its pathology

Objective To study relationship between expression of CD44, CD71 in lung cancer tissue and its pathology.Methods Expression of CD44 and CD71 of cancer tissue in 53 patients with lung cancer were measured by flow cytometer and the relations among its tissue cytology, age, lymphoid metastatic status were analyzed. Results Expression of CD44 and CD71 in low differentiation cancer cell were evidenly higher than those in moderate and high differentiation cancer cell. At the time of lymphoid metastatic status in patients with lung cancer, its expression of CD44 were on the remarkable increase, and expression of CD71 in patients with no more than 60 years old were notably higher than those in patients with more than 60 years old. Conclusion Expression of CD44 of lung cancer tissue were relevant to the differentiation degree of tumor cell and lymphoid metastatic status, however expression of CD71 were relevant to the differentiation degree of tumor cell and the age of patients.
