微波局部加热联合化疗治疗口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤的动物实验及其临床应用(英文)

摘    要:本文动物实验用小白鼠48只,接种U14宫颈癌株后随机分为4组,每组12支,对照组不加任何处理。加热组:接种24小时后,采用2450MHz微波机,温度44~45℃,照射40分钟后取出饲养观察。平阳霉素组:接种48小时后,每支小鼠腹腔注射平阳霉素0.05mg,饲养观察。平阳霉索 加热组:按以上两种方法同时进行。接种后10天,将4种动物均处死,计算抑瘤率。结果加热组为42%,平阳霉素组为47%,平阳霉素 加热组为66%。各组方差分析结果:平阳霉素 加热组瘤重量最轻,与对照组及加热组比较有高度显著性差异(P<0.01),与平阳霉素组比较有显著差异(P<0.05);对照组瘤重最重,与其他三组有高度显著差异(P>0.01)。 本组临床运用915MHz微波机治疗79例口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤,每周照射2次,每次40分种,温度46℃~49℃,照射前静脉推注平阳霉索10mg,或平阳霉素 氨甲喋呤10mg,少数病人推注环磷酰胺200mg,10次为一疗程。结果完全消退46例,占58.2%;部分消退5例,占35.5%;未消退5例,占6.3%。所有病例治疗期内无恶化,无造血功能障碍。近期效果良好。文内讨论了热化疗治癌的优缺点及注意事项。

Abstract:An experiment on the effect of hyperthermia combined with pingyangmycin on U14 carcinoma transplanted to the forelegs of kunming mice was carried out. 2450 MHz microwave was used for Local hyperthermia treatment. The results showed that the tumor inhibition rate of the experimental group (66%) was much higher than that of the hyperthermia group(42%) and pingyangmycin group (47%).Since 1985,79 patients with malignant tumors in oral and maxillofacial region have been treated by 915 MHz or 2450 MHz microwave localized hyperthermia combined with Pingyangmycin or cyclophos phamide, palliation was obtained in all cases. Complete remission was attained in 58.2% of the cases; partial remission in 35.5% and merely symptom improvement in 6.3%.
