摘    要:本文观察了用一种新的血小板保存添加剂——酸化葡萄糖营养液(AGN)于22℃水平振摇条件下,在国产PVC塑料袋内保存从ACD全血制备的浓缩血小板血浆悬液(PC)的保存效果。结果表明,保存5天的PC其血小板计数、pH值、血小板聚集率及血小板低渗休克反应等指标皆优于对照组(未加AGN的ACD-PC),用新鲜血浆孵育2小时后,其聚集率和低渗休克反应有较明显的恢复。透射电镜显示,在保存过程中,血小板的形态完整、无伪足出现。用上述方法保存120小时的PC,其保存效果与国外一些实验室用第二代血小板保存袋保存的CPD-PC的效果相似。

The Effect of Preserving Platelet Concentrate with Acidified Glucose Nutrient Solution
Abstract:The effect of preserving the platelet concentrate prepared from whole blood in domestic PVC plastic bags, using a new platelet-preserving addition——acidified glucose nutrient solution(AGN), in the condition of horizontal rotation at 22℃ was studied. The results of study showed that the platelet concentrate stored in the AGN solution for five days has its platelet counts, pH value, aggregability and hypotonic shock response (HSR) even more better than those of the control platelet concentrate preserved in the normal ACD solution. In addition, the platelet concentrate incubated with fresh plasma for two hours has its aggresability and hypotonic shock response obviously recovered. The observation of the platelet concentrate under transmission electron microscope indicated that the platelets preserved in AGN solution kept their morphology completed, without any pseudopodium. And so the effect of preserving the platelet concentrate with AGN solution in domestic PVC plastic bas is simiar to that obtained by foreign laboratories with CPD solution in the platelet preserving plastic bags of second generation.
