| 摘 要： | 目的 介绍治疗髌骨横断骨折一内固定木式。方法 55例闭合性新鲜骨折，两枚平行可吸收螺钉(全螺纹)固定后．可吸收缝线张力带法固定骸骨横断骨折。结果 全部病例术后随访3～10个月，膝尖节功能均选优良。结论 该法固定可靠．操作简单，避免再次手术取出内固定。膝关节功能恢复良好。

| Abstract: | Objective Introduce another internal fixation used to treat the patellar transverse fracture. Methods 55 patients with patellar transverse fractures which are all close and fresh underwent internal fixation with two parallel absorbable screws, tension bands and absorbable sutures. Results After we have followed up all these patients for 3 to 10 months, the recovery of knee function shows satisfying. Conclusion The absorbable screw fixation offers effective fixation to the patellar transverse fracture is facile to operate and avoids taking out internal fixation materials through one more operation. This fixation method can make an excellent recovery of knee function and is worth being popularized widely. |
