| 摘 要： | 目的观察甘草酸类药物治疗药物性肝损害的效果。方法经肝活检病理学检查证实的药物性肝损害患者248例,接受异甘草酸镁注射液治疗105例,接受复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗143例。观察治疗3周的疗效。结果在248例患者中,急性和慢性肝损害分别占33.3%和43.5%,G1炎症分级占43.5%,S1纤维化分期占35.48%;两组治疗后症状改善均明显,两组患者血清总胆红素、丙氨酸氨基转移酶复常无显著性差异(P>0.05),但异甘草酸镁治疗患者血清天冬氨酸氨基转移酶下降至45.5±27.1U/L,明显优于复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗患者(79.2±41.1U/L,P<0.05)。结论异甘草酸镁注射液和美能注射液均可明显改善药物性肝损害患者的临床症状和肝功能指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy of glycyrrhizin in the treatment of patients with drug-induced liver injuries.Methods 105 patients with drug-induced hepatitis were treated with maynesium isoylycyrrhizinate at dose of 150mg for three weeks and 143 with 80ml of glycyrrhizin for three weeks.Results The clinical symptoms were improved,and serum ALT and TBIL dropped rapidly in the two groups after treatment,and there was no significant difference in the two groups;serum aspartate aminotransferase decreased more obviously in maynesium isoylycyrrhizinate-treated than that in glycyrrhizin-treated patients（45.5±27.1U/L vs.79.2±41.1U/L,P0.05）.Conclusion Maynesium isoylycyrrhizinate and glycyrrhizin can be used to treat patients with drug-induced hepatitis. |
