尿动力学检查在青少年尿频病因诊断中的价值

目的：评价尿动力学检查（UDS）在青少年尿频诊治中的作用。方法：对65例尿频为突出症状的青少年患者行UDS。结果：65例中有不稳定膀胱（DI）40例，尿道压增高28例，膀胱逼尿肌无力6例，正常8例，分别占61．5％，43．08％，9．23％和12．31％。结论：青少年尿频主要与尿道压增高诱发的逼尿肌功能不稳定相关，部分病例比较特殊，治疗中需区别对待，尿动力学检查在诊断和指导治疗方面起着重要的作用。

Significance of urodynamic studies in the diagnosis of the cause of the youth urinary frequence

Objective To evaluate the effect of urodynamic studies(UDS) on the diagnose and therapy in the urinary frequence of the youth.Methods 65 teenager patients with special symtoms of urinary frequence were tested with UDS. Results 40 out of 65 cases suffered from detrusor instability (DI), 28 cases with the increase of urinary pressure, 6 with the failure of detrusor of bladder, 8 out of 65 cases were normal, accouts for 61.5%?43.08%?9.23% and 12.13% respectively.Conclusion The result suggested intimate relation-ship between the urinary freqence of youth and DI induced by the increase of urinary pressure. Some cases were special and need differential treatment. The significant effect of UDS on the diagnose and therapy of youth urinary frequence.
