摘    要:目的验证去卷积算法在组织灌注测量中所得结果的准确性.方法 30例健康成人行左肾静脉水平肾皮质CT灌注扫描,所得数据用去卷积算法计算灌注参数,由所得参数进一步推算肾静脉增强TDC,并与实际测得肾静脉TDC进行比较,计算决定系数R2,评价两者的吻合程度.统计工作在MS Excel 2000中完成.结果决定系数R2的均数的95%可信区间为0.85~0.91.理论计算所得肾静脉TDC与实测TDC符合程度较高.结论 CT组织灌注测量中去卷积算法是一种较准确的计算方法.

Abstract:Objective To validate the accuracy of results drawn by deconvolution arithmetic in CT perfusion measure. Methods Thirty healthy adults randomly collected underwent CT perfusion scan to acquire the perfusion data of the renal cortex at the level of left renal vein. Then deconvolution arithmetic was used to calculate perfusion parameters. According to the parameters, the enhanced TDC of renal vein was deduced and compared with actual TDC of renal vein. The coefficient of determination ( R 2 ) was calculated to evaluate the agreement degree of theoretical and actual TDC. Results The agreement degree between theoretical and actual TDC of renal vein was high, the 95% confidence interval of the mean of R 2 was 0.85-0.91 . Conclusion Deconvolution arithmetic is an accurate arithmetic method in tissue perfusin measured with CT.
