| 摘 要： | 对肝匀浆经一次高速离心制成的Ｓ－９部分和聚乙二醇凝集两次高速离心制成的微粒体组分进行了细胞色素Ｐ４５０含量测定，结果显示Ｓ－９部分蛋白质含量，细胞色素Ｐ４５０总量的明显高于微粒体组分，但细胞色素Ｐ４５０比含低于微粒体组合。

| Abstract: | Cytochrome P450 content was determined with s--9 fraction obtained from the liver homogenate of rabbit by centrifuging at high speed or by polyethylene glycol-6000 and centrifuged at high speede two times. The results showed that protein content and cytochrome P450total were higher, while cytochrome p450 proportion was lower in s--9 fraction than that in microsomal fraction. |
