| Abstract: | The function of a university is to train talented persons,develop science and serve community.While,it is mainly to serve community,then to promote social development.Some universities:Harvard University,University of Cambridge,Oxford Uni- versity,Yale University,Princeton University and so on,are regarded as world-class universities because they can perfectly fulfil the three functions. |
