| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠治疗方法。方法：回顾分析5例患者的临床治疗资料。结果：5例患者均痊愈,其中1例行子宫全切术,4例行子宫瘢痕处病灶切除术。结论：开腹病灶切除术在随访较难地区是最佳处理法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy (CSP).Methods: five cases of CSP were analyzed retrospectively.Results: one case was hysterectomy,another were abdominal tumor resection,all patients were recovered.Conclusion: Abdominal tumor resection was the best treatment in the areas where follow-up visits were difficult. |
