| 摘 要： | 目的研究蒙椴(Tilia mongolica Maxim.)树叶及木质部的化学成分。方法运用溶剂萃取、硅胶柱色谱、重结晶分离纯化,根据化合物的红外光谱和核磁共振谱数据鉴定其结构。结果从树叶提取物分离得到7个化合物,其结构鉴定为蒲公英萜醇二十八碳酸酯(Ⅰ)、软木三萜酮(Ⅱ)、β-香树脂醇乙酸酯(Ⅲ)、β-香树脂醇(Ⅳ)、三十五碳醇(Ⅴ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅵ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅶ);从树皮提取物分离得到2个化合物,其结构鉴定为β-谷甾醇(Ⅵ)、十九碳酸(Ⅷ)。结论化合物Ⅰ～Ⅴ,Ⅶ和Ⅷ均为首次从蒙椴中分离得到。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Tilia mongolica leaves and wood.METHODS Compounds were separated and purified by solvent extraction,silica gel column chromatography and recrystallization.Their structures were elucidated on the basis of their IR and NMR spectral data.RESULTS Seven compounds were isolated and identified from the leaves and wood of Tilia mongolica;They were taraxeryl octacosanoic acetate(Ⅰ),friedelin(Ⅱ),β-amyrin acetate(Ⅲ),β-amyrin(Ⅳ),pentatriacontanol(Ⅴ),β-sitosterol(Ⅵ),dauvosterol(Ⅶ) and nondecanoic acid(Ⅷ).CONCLUSION Compound Ⅰ～Ⅴ,Ⅶ and Ⅷ are isolated from Tilia genus for the first time. |
