摘    要:目的探讨高压氧干预对提高人体在高原缺氧条件下暗适应的意义。方法选择拟进驻高原的青年战士40名,随机分为实验组和对照组(每组20名),在海拔3700 m某地集结修整时实验组行高压氧治疗,1次/d,每次4 h,共3 d,后随其到海拔5200 m的驻地,在简易暗室内观察两组的暗适应时间、血氧饱和度等生理指标。结果实验组暗适应时间短、血氧饱和度高,与对照组比较差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论高压氧干预可增加人体在高原缺氧条件下的血氧饱和度,并提高人体的暗适应能力。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen pretreatment on enhancing dark adaptation under anoxic condition,and to explore its mechanism.Methods Forty young soldiers were equally divided into trial group and control group at random.The trial group(n=20) was treated with hyperbaric oxygen at 3,700 m for three days,and then moved to an altitude of 5,200 m.Days later,the dark adaptation time and the saturation of blood oxygen were observed in dark room.Results Compared with that of the control group,the dark adaptation time and the saturation of blood oxygen of trial group were significantly different,i.e.the former parameter was shorter and the latter parameter higher(P<0.01).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen pretreatment can improve saturation of blood oxygen,clean excessive oxygen free radical,and enhance the dark adaptation under anoxic condition in highland.
