| 摘 要： | 将SP2/O小鼠骨髓瘤细胞与经牛种布鲁氏菌104M菌种免疫的BALB/c鼠脾细胞融合,获得7株分泌单克隆抗体(McAb)的杂交瘤细胞株,染色体数为120条;用ELISA法检测分泌的抗体滴度在1:1,000～100,000,经检测均为IgG类抗体,3株为IgG_1,4株为IgG_3,其中2株对布鲁氏菌与结肠炎耶尔森氏菌O:9株有一定鉴别意义;对进一步研究布鲁氏菌McAb的理化性质和生物学特性及其应用提供了试剂。

| Abstract: | Seven hybrid cell lines secreting monoclonal antibodies against Brucella abortus have been obtained through cell fusion of mouse myeloma sp2/O to spleen cells of BALB/C mouse immunized with 104M strain of Brucella abortus The number of chromosomes of the hybridoma apeared was 120 pairs.The titers of the antibodies determind by ELISA were 1:1000 to 1:100,000. All of them were classified as IgG and, among them 3 were IgG1 and 4 IgG3.Antibodies from 2 cell lines may be used to differentiate Brucella from Yersinia enterocolitica O:9. The McAb reported in the present paper were applicable reagents for the examination of physichemical and biological nature of genus Brucella and can be used in taxonomy. |
