摘    要:目的 筛选宣木瓜的最佳提取工艺.方法 采用正交试验法,以齐墩果酸和熊果酸、总有机酸、总多酚和总多糖提取量为指标;层次分析法确定权重,多指标综合评分优选宣木瓜醇水双提的工艺参数.结果 最佳提取工艺为:8倍量75%乙醇回流提取2次,每次2h,药渣再用12倍量水回流提取2h.结论 优选工艺为宣木瓜提取物及配方颗粒制备奠定了基础.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish an optimized extraction technique for Chaenomelis fructus from Xuancheng.METHODS The extraction process was tested by alcohol and water using Orthogonal design.The contents of oleanolic acid & ursolic acid,total organic acid,total polyphenols and total polysaccharide in C.fructus were determinated and used as the evaluation parameter of the extracts.Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used to determine the weight coefficient.RESULTS The optimum conditions of extraction were therefore determined as follows:Reflux extraction method was used,8-fold ethanol with 75% concentration was used to extract for 2 times and each time 2 hours.Then the residue was extracted with 12-fold water for 2 hours.CONCLUSION The optimized extraction procedure can ensure the preparation of the extracts and formula granule of C.fructus.
