摘    要:目的 采用UPLC法测定半夏药材及其炮制品中草酸钙的含量.方法 色谱柱为Acquity UPLC BEH C18柱(50 mm×2.1 mm,1.7 μm),流动相为0.5% (NH4)H2PO4缓冲液(磷酸调pH2.8),流速0.5 mL· min-1,柱温30 ℃,检测波长210 nm.结果 线性方程为:y=1.8488×104X+4.146×103(r=0.9999),2.58 ~ 25.80 μg· mL-1草酸与峰面积的线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为98.58%,RSD=1.01%(n=9).结论 所用方法准确可靠,可为半夏药材的质量控制提供参考.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish a UPLC method for detecting the content of calcium oxalate in Pinellia ternate and the processed products.METHODS The separation was performed on an Acquity UPLC BEH C18 column(50 mm × 2.1 mm,1.7 μm) with 0.5% (NH4)H2 PO4 (pH2.8)as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.5 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was 210 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃.RESULTS The regression equation was Y =1.8488 × 104X ± 4.146 × 103 (r =0.9999),and the linear range of oxalic acid was 2.58-25.80 μg·mL-1.The average recovery was 98.58% with the RSD of 1.01%.CONCLUSION The UPLC method is accurate and simple,which can be applied as a standard for the quality control of calcium oxalate in P.ternate and the processed products.
