HPLC测定二十五味大汤胶囊中的羟基红花黄色素A

目的 采用RP-HPLC法测定藏药二十五味大汤胶囊中羟基红花黄色素A的含量.方法 采用Kromasil C18色谱柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1％磷酸(26∶74),流速1 mL· min-,检测波长399 nm,柱温30℃.结果 4.5 ～45 μg·mL-1羟基红花黄色素A与峰面积的线性关系良好(r =0.9999),平均加样回收率为101.30％(RSD=1.63％).结论 所用方法简单、准确、重复性好,可作为二十五味大汤胶囊的质量控制方法.

Determination of hydroxysafflor yellow A in Ershi Wuwei Datang capsule by HPLC

OBJECTIVE To establish an RP-HPLC method for the determination of hydroxysafflor yellow A in Ershi Wuwei Datang capsule (EWDC).METHODS The separation was performed on Kromasil C18 column(200 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm)with mobile phase methanol-0.1％ phosphoric acid (26:74).The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm.And the column temperature was set at 30 ℃ and the flow rate was 1 mL· min-1.RESULTS The linear range of hydroxysafflor yellow A was 4.5-45 μg· mL-1 (r =0.9999).The average recovery was 101.30％ and with the RSD of 1.63％.CONCLUSION This method is simple,accurate and specific for the quality control of EWDC.
