全国住院严重急性呼吸道感染病例哨点监测阶段性分析

摘    要:目的 了解全国住院严重急性呼吸道感染(SARI)病例监测情况,为近期流感疫情形势研判和防控提供依据。方法 对2016年第48周至2017年第1周我国SARI监测系统报告的SARI病例数占住院病例总数的比例(SARI%)和流感病原学情况进行流行趋势分析。结果 2016年第48周至2017年第1周,南、北方省份SARI%和流感病毒检测阳性率呈逐步上升趋势,南、北方省份SARI%平均值分别为7.2%和8.1%,流感病毒检测阳性率均超过11.0%。结论 随着冬季的到来,我国南、北方也逐步进入2016-2017年冬春季流感流行季,流感活动逐步进入高峰,各地要加强对流感的监测和防控。

Abstract:Objective To understand the performance of sentinel surveillance for hospitalized severe acute respiratory infection (SARI) in China, and provide scientific evidence for recent influenza activity estimation and influenza prevention and control. Methods The data about the proportion of SARI cases in total hospitalized patients and etiological detection reported though the sentinel surveillance system from 48th week 2016 to 1st week 2017 were analyzed. Results From 48th week 2016 to 1st week 2017, the proportions of SARI cases in total hospitalized patients and influenza virus positive detection rates increasedgradually in both southern China and northern China. The average SARI proportions in southern and northern China were 7.2% and 8.1% respectively, and the influenza virus positive detection rates all excessed 11.0%. Conclusion With the coming of winter in China, it is the 2016-2017 influenza season in both northern area and southern area in the country, and the influenza activity would gradually increase. It is necessary to strengthen the influenza surveillance and prevention and control of influenza.
