| 摘 要： | 目的:评价降钙素原(PCT)对新生儿败血症早期诊断的临床应用价值。方法:选择同期住院符合入选条件的败血症患儿22例(实验组)以及非败血症患儿22例(对照组),用免疫色谱法对两组患儿血清PCT水平进行半定量测定;并收集临床资料及相关实验室指标的测定结果。结果:血清PCT及C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平、血培养阳性率实验组高于对照组,且PCT比CRP及血培养有较高的敏感性。结论:PCT对新生儿败血症早期诊断具有一定的临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the applied value of procalcitonin(PCT) as a diagnostic marker of neonatal septicemia.Methods:The level of PCT of 22 patients with neonatal septicemia(treatment group) and 22 patients with non neonatal septicemia(control group) was obtained by immunochromatography.The clinical data and correlative experimental target were collected at the same time.Results:The level of PCT,C-Reactive protein(CRP) and positive rate of blood culture were higher in treatment group than control group.PCT was higher sensitivity and specificity than CRP and blood culture.Conclusion:PCT is a promising marker for the early diagnosis of neonatal septicemia. |
