抑癌基因PTEN在老年人消化道多原发癌中的表达及其临床意义

目的:观察抑癌基因PTEN在老年人消化道多原发癌组织当中的表达,探讨其与老年人消化道多原发癌发生的关系及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测抑癌基因PTEN在多原发癌组织和正常消化道组织中的表达。结果:PTEN在正常消化道组织和老年人消化道多原发癌中阳性率分别为100.0%和61.4%。老年人消化道多原发癌组织PTEN蛋白阳性率显著低于正常消化道组(P<0.05),PTEN表达与老年人消化道多原发癌的分化程度高低、浸润深度、是否有淋巴结转移关系密切(P<0.05)。结论:PTEN的异常表达可为老年人消化道多原发癌诊断和判断其生物学特性提供可靠的指标。

Expression and sign influence of PTEN in aged patients of multiple primary malignant tumors tissues

Objective:To investigate the expression and sign influence of PTEN in aged patients of multiple primary malignant tumors tissues,and to investigate the genetic relation between PTEN and aged patients of multiple primary malignant tumors.Methods:The expression of PTEN protein from multiple primary malignant tumors and normal gastrointestinal tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results:The PTEN in the normal gastroin-testinal tissue and aged patients of multiple primary malignant tumors in the digestive tract positive rates were 100.0% and 61.4%.The PTEN positive expression rate was significantly lower in aged patients of multiple primary malignant tumors than those in normal normal gastrointestinal tissue(P<0.05),and was significantly decreased with poorer differentiation grades(P<0.05).Conclusion:The abnormal expressions of PTEN also may serve as new markers in the diagnosis and prognosis of aged patients of multiple primary malignant tumors.
