腹腔镜治疗输卵管间质部妊娠16例临床分析

目的:探讨腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管间质部妊娠的临床价值。方法:对2007年6月—2010年12月收治的16例输卵管间质部妊娠患者应用腹腔镜手术治疗,手术包括缝扎包块基部周围子宫壁组织、切开包块、取出胚胎组织、缝合创口。结果:16例全部治疗成功,手术时间46~95 m in。术中出血50~150 mL,术后住院5~7 d,术后10~17 d血人绒毛膜促性腺激素(-βHCG)全部正常。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管间质部妊娠是安全有效的。

A report of 16 cases on laparoscopic treatment for interstitial tubal pregnancy

Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of laparoscopic treatment for interstitial tubal pregnancy.Methods:Sixteen patients with interstitial tubal pregnancy were performed on laparoscopic surgery from June 2007 to December 2010.Operative intervention including suturing and ligating the uterine tissue around the ectopic mass,cutting the mass,removing the embryonic tissue and suturing the wound.Results:The treatment of sixteen cases was successful,the operative time was 46~95 min,blood loss was 30~150 mL,the time of inhospital was 5~7 d after operation,the β-HCG was normal after operative 10~17 d.Conclusion:Laparoscopic treatment for interstitial tubal pregnancy is safe and effective.
