早期复极综合征在动态心电图检查中的特点

目的:了解动态心电图对早期复极综合征的检出率并分析其特点。方法:回顾四年间2 460例动态心电图,对符合早期复极综合征诊断者进行分析。结果:符合早期复极综合征患者40例,检出率1.62%,均为男性,年龄22～70岁。动态心电图检出比率明显高于常规心电图(1 0 0%∶1 5%,P<0.0 5),Ⅰ型明显多于Ⅱ型(8 5%∶1 5%,P<0.05)。结论:动态心电图对早期复极综合征检出Ⅰ型为主,以青壮年多见。

The characteristic of early repolarization syndrome in the diagnostic of dynamic electrocardiogram

Objective:To comprehend incidence and characteristic of early repolarization syndrome in the diagnostic of dynamic electrocardiogram.Methods:Two thousand four hundreds and sixty dynamic dynamic electrocardiograms were analyzed retrospectively and early respolarization syndrome was determined on diagnosis criteria.Results:Early repolarization syndrome was diognosed by dynamic electrocardiogram in 40 patients(1.62%).Of them,40 patients was male,aged 22 to 70 years.The incidence of dynamic electrocardiogram was significantly higher than routine electrocardiogram(100%:15%,P<0.05),type Ⅰ much more than type Ⅱ(85%:15%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Type Ⅰ is main in early repolarization syndrome by dynamic electrocardiogramis which is seen more in young adults.
