部分中药对动物学习记忆功能的影响

用小鼠跳台法和避暗法观察了临床常用补心、补肾、活血化淤以及安神等中药对学习记忆的影响,结果表明何首乌、枸杞子、刺五加、补骨脂、杜仲、菟丝子、人参、远志、酸枣仁、黄芪、党参、葛根、川芎等均能显著对抗东莨菪碱所致的小鼠记忆获得障碍,葛根、人参、党参、刺五加、杜仲、川芎等还能拮抗40％乙醇所致的小鼠记忆再现障碍,葛根、人参、刺五加对正常小鼠记忆获得也有促进作用。

The Effects of Some Traditional Chinese Medicines on the Memory Facilitation

The effects of some traditional Chinese medicines with the invigorating vital energy and kidney ,activiting blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis and tranquilizing actions on the memory facilitation were investigated using the method of one trial passive avoidance responses in mice.Results showed that Radix Ginseng,Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae, Cortex Eucommiae, Fructus Psoraleae, Radix Acanthopanacis Semticosi, Dodder Seed, Fleece-Flower root, Fructus Lycii, Radix puerariae, Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong, Radix Polygalae, Semen Ziziphi Spinosae and Astragalus Membranaceus reduced the impairment of acquisition of memory produced by scopolamine. Radix Pnerariae, Cortex Eucommiae, Chuanxions Rhizome, Radix Acanthopanacis Senticosi, Radix Ginseng and Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae reduced the deficit of retrieval induced by alcohol. Radix Ginseng and Radix Acanthopanacis Senticosi could facilitate the memory acquisition of normal mice either.
