| Abstract: | It＇s well known that practice internship is an absolutely necessary program and an insurance to improve the quality of Pharmacy higher education. Hence, to cultivate a well scientific attitude and a working habit for the pharmaceutical college graduates, to cultivate comprehensive pharmaceutical talent reserves and impel the develop- ment of pharmacy, it＇s very important and necessary to solve the contradiction of practice internship, higher education and employment, and to train pharmaceutical students＇ scientific thinking and skills. |
