Egb761对大鼠海马神经细胞缺血再灌注损伤保护作用的形态学研究

摘    要:目的:从形态学探讨Egb761对大鼠海马神经细胞缺血再灌注损伤保护作用。方法:用四血管法建立大鼠全脑缺血再灌注模型。24只大鼠随机分为3组(分别为假手术组,缺血再灌注组和Egb761治疗组)。观察海马神经元缺血再灌注后HE染色、TUNEL染色及透射电子显微镜下改变。结果:海马神经原水肿、凋亡等改变在缺血再灌注组明显高于假手术组,Egb761组介于上述两组之间。结论:缺血再灌注后神经细胞发生水肿、凋亡、坏死等形态学改变,Egb761对大鼠海马神经细胞缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the neuroprotective effect of Egb761 on morphology of hippocampal neuronal cell in ischemia-reperfusion injured rats.Methods:The ischemia-reperfusion model was established by the occlusion of the 4 vessels. 24 rats were randomly divided into 3 groups (control group,ischemia-reperfusion group and EGb761 treatment group).
