髋臼骨折CT扫描分型的临床意义

目的　探讨髋臼骨折CT扫描的分型及其临床意义。方法　对 6 4例髋臼骨折的病例进行回顾性分析 ,总结其创伤机理、形态学共性和X线片、CT扫描的影像学资料 ,结合治疗方法以及预后评价进行分型。结果　髋臼CT扫描的临床分型分为简单骨折和复合骨折两个大类 6个基本类型。结论　特别提出了髋臼顶部骨折型和髋臼内有游离骨块型 ,并逐型进行了讨论以说明该分型具有积极的临床指导意义

A Clinical Significance of the Grouping on CT Scans of Acetabular Fractures

Objective To probe into the grouping of acetabular CT scans and their clinical significance Methods retrospective analysis of 64 cases of acetabular fractures was done on studying the traumatic mechanism, morphological generality and the X ray and CT scan photograms, then dividing the scans into different groups on the respective therapies as well as estimations of effect Results Acetabular CT scans were clinically classified into six groups, among them two groups (the group of acetabular roof fractures and the group of fractures with free bone lumps in the acetabular) are specially put forward Conclusion This authors consider that acetabular CT scans are classfied into six groups for guiding clinical treatment.
