| 摘 要： | 汶川特大地震发生后，长钢总医院立即进入应急状态，重点强化了组织、指挥与综合协调，圆满取得抗震救灾的阶段性胜利。本文分析和研究了医院的组织管理在应急救援体系中所起的重要作用，并对进一步完善医院应急体系中的组织管理工作提出建议。

| Abstract: | After Wenchuan great earthquake, the Changgang general hospital immediately turned into emergency state. We mostly strengthened organization, command and all-around harmony, and obtained preliminary victory of earthquake relief work. We analyzed the important effect of hospital＇ s organization management in the emergency system, and put forward some advice. |
