小儿全身炎症反应综合征肾素-血管紧张素Ⅱ-醛固酮的变化

摘    要:目的 初步观察小儿全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)的肾素-血管紧张素Ⅱ-醛固酮系统的变化.方法 观察组为呼吸道感染合并SIRS的患儿,每取1例观察组患儿,在最近的时间随机取1例呼吸道感染而不合并SIRS的患儿作为对照组.两组均为31例.两组患儿入院后抽静脉血查肾素活性、血管紧张素Ⅱ、醛固酮和生化8项(钾、钠、氯、钙、葡萄糖、总二氧化碳、肌酐、尿素氮).对全部检测结果进行统计学处理.结果 SIRS患儿肾素活性、血管紧张素Ⅱ、醛固酮三项均升高,差异均有非常显著性.SIRS患儿血钾、钠、氯、钙、葡萄糖、尿素氮、肌酐的变化差异无显著性意义;血总二氧化碳降低,差异有显著性.结论 小儿SIRS肾素活性、血管紧张素、醛固酮三项均升高.

Alternation of renin-angiotensin Ⅱ-aldosterone in children with systemic inflummatory response synolrome
Abstract:Objective To primarily observe alternation of renin-angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ)-aldosterone system in children with systemic inflummatory response synolrome(SIRS). Methods The observation set were chirdren with respiratory tract infection(RTI) and SIRS, chose one case each time from the observation set, and at the closest time randomly chose 1 children with RTI but without SIRS as a comparison set. The two sets both has 31 cases. The two sets children were taken blood for exmination of renin activity、Ang Ⅱ、al-dosterone, and 8 channel bichemical profile (K、Na、Cl、Ca、blood sugar、summation carbon dioxide、creatinine、usea nitrogen). Deal with all these exmined result data using statistics. Results Retain activity、Ang Ⅱ、aldos-terone three items all markedly raised up in children with SIRS, which has significant differences The alterna-tion of K、Na、Cl、Ca、blcod sugar、creatinine、usea nitrogen in children with SIRS has no significant difference;Significant differences were observed on summation carbon dioxide in blood which was remarkedly bring down.Conclusion Renin activity、AngⅡ、aldosterone in children with SIRS all raised up.
