| 摘 要： | 目的:了解医学生的心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法:采用症状自评量表对818名医学生的心理健康状况进行调查。结果:医学生心理问题阳性检出率为21.3%,症状出现最多的为强迫症状,最少的为恐怖症状。被调查医学生的躯体化、人际关系、敌对、精神病性因子得分与全国常模相比,差别有统计学意义,且低于全国常模,其余各因子差别无统计学意义。医学生的生活压力、家庭和睦情况等因素被引进模型。结论:医学生群体的心理健康状况不容乐观,他们不同程度的存在一些心理健康问题。对此,有关教育者应引起高度重视。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the psychological health status and its influence factors in medical college students.Methods: The psychological health status of 818 medical college students were surveyed with SCL-90.Results: 21.3% students have mental problems.The most symptom is F2,the least symptom is F7.Compared with normal model,some factor scores are significance.Conclusions: The psychological health status of the medical students isn't optimist,and they exist some psychological health problems in various degree.As to this,relevant educators should pay close attention to. |
