摘    要:目的:设计基于无线传输的体温监测预警系统,用于新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)密切接触群体的体温筛查、集中隔离人群的体温监测及疫苗临床志愿者不良反应的监控等。方法:通过临床调研患者体温数据及环境温度数据,分析两者的对应关系,确定体温阈值设置的关键因素和范围,采用体温监测模块、预警模块、无线控制模块、充电模块和佩戴模块对体温监测预警系统进行设计。结果:体温监测预警系统可分解为个体体温监测单元和系统监控单元,以2.4 GHz频段传输技术作为数据传输的方式,除能够将单个监测端体温>37.3℃作为触发报警的阈值外,还可将个体监测端体温上升过快(5 min内体温升高2℃)和>20%监测端体温偏离正常值多个监测端体温异常作为预警依据。结论:设计的体温监测预警系统数据传输稳定,体温预警灵敏、准确和真实,系统设计既可满足重点单元的监测需求,又能够适应群体的监测需要。

Design of early warning system of continuous monitoring body temperature for COVID-19

Abstract:Objective:To design early warning system of body temperature monitoring based on wireless transmission,which could be used to body temperature screening of population who closely contacted Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19),the body temperature monitoring of population who accepted quarantine at assembly sites and the monitoring of adverse reaction of clinical volunteer for vaccine.Methods:Through investigated the data of the body temperature of patients and the environment temperature to analyze the corresponding relationship between the two kinds of temperatures,and to confirm the key factor and range of setting up the threshold value of body temperature.And the monitoring module of body temperature,early warning module,wireless control module,charger module and wearing module were adopted to design the monitoring and early warning system of body temperature.Results:The monitoring and early warning system of body temperature could be decomposed into the individual body temperature monitoring unit and the system monitoring unit.The 2.4 GHz frequency band transmission technique was selected as the data transmission method.Some abnormal body temperatures of monitoring terminal were used as the basis of early warning,and they included the body temperature that was higher than 37.3℃at single monitoring terminal was set as threshold value,and the body temperature of individual monitoring terminal rose too fast(the body temperature rose 2℃within 5 min),and the body temperature was larger than 20%of that the body temperature of monitoring terminal deviated the normal value.Conclusion:The data transmission of the designed system is stable,the temperature warning is sensitive,accurate and true.The system design can not only meet the monitoring requirements of key units,but also adapt to the monitoring requirements of the population.
