| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨心脏双瓣膜置换术围手术期的临床护理特点.方法 对我院2005年1月～2006年8月共实施心脏双瓣膜置换术19例的临床资料进行回顾性的分析.结果 全部患者术后痊愈出院.结论 认为深入了解病情特点,做好心理护理,完善术前准备,重视维持术后血液动力学的稳定,加强抗凝治疗的监护是保证治疗效果的重要措施.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the perioperative clinical nursing for the patients with heart double-valve replacement.Medthods To perform the retrospective analysis on the clinic materials from 19 patients with heart double-valve replacement from January 2005 to August 2006 in the our hospital.Results All patients recovered after the operation.Conclusion Thorough knowing patients' condition,doing a good mental cares,perfect pre-operation preparation,as well as paying attention to maintain hemodynamic stabilization and strength monitoring the anticoagulation treatment are the important measures for ensuring the therapeutic effect. |
